Cancellation Policy
We are an informal group who organizes one retreat a year. Our goal is to make the retreat as accessible as possible, so the costs of the workshop are divided by the number of expected participants. We have no margin for profit or debt, therefore we depend on people's commitment to the retreat. Cancellations are difficult to manage without making it at the expense of other participants who attend, so we have a non-refundable policy for cancellations made at anytime.
However, if you do find that you cannot attend, you are invited to sell your seat or to hand it over to someone who would appreciate it. If by any chance we have a waiting list, we will gladly use it to help you fill your seat.

❂ Balance before September 1, 2023 (You will be invoiced as a reminder)
❂ Balance after September 1, + $50 surcharge (remember, we want to be able to sleep well) .
